What's the difference between Interview and Practice mode?

Interview mode (Steven) is match day: a pressure test with no in-turn coaching — you perform, verdicts are terse, and feedback lands at the end, like a real Superday. Practice mode (Marcus) is the training ground: miss a question and he tells you what he was looking for on the spot; strong answers get pushed with follow-ups. Most candidates run Practice between rounds and save Interview for calibration before the real thing — get it wrong with Marcus so you don't get it wrong in the room.

Can I use this on my tablet or phone? Do I need a special setup?

Both work. The platform is entirely browser-based and requires only your device's standard microphone and speakers. However, we strongly recommend practicing on a laptop or desktop in a quiet room. Train in the same physical setup as a real Zoom or in-office interview to maximize results.
