01 · Service Overview

PlsFixThx.ai provides an AI-powered simulation and feedback platform designed for finance interview preparation. By creating an account, purchasing interviews, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these terms.

02 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PlsFixThx.ai. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all account information you provide is accurate and truthful.

03 · Account and Acceptable Use

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Account sharing is not permitted — each account is for a single user.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or any interviews
• Create or use multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, including the one-per-account limit on the Starter trial tier
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or any non-human means to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI prompts, question bank, grading logic, or any proprietary content
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent interview limits, payment systems, or rate limits
• Submit fraudulent payment information or initiate unauthorized chargebacks
• Use the service for any purpose other than personal interview preparation
• Upload, transmit, or share content that violates any law or third-party rights

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

04 · No Professional Advice or Career Guarantees

Our AI models are designed to simulate rigorous financial interviews; however, the feedback, grading, and technical corrections provided are AI-generated. They do not constitute certified professional financial advice, nor do they guarantee employment, interview success, or career advancement. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying technical financial concepts.

05 · Purchases and Interviews

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. As detailed in our Refund Policy, interviews are non-refundable once a session has commenced. Interviews also expire after a fixed validity period from the date of purchase — see our Refund Policy for current validity windows by product tier. Attempting to circumvent our refund policy via unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the platform.

06 · Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the PlsFixThx.ai platform, including our AI persona prompts, question bank, grading logic, tear sheet templates, branding, code, and any platform-generated content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your spoken or written interview answers, your resume content, your support messages). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze your content for the purpose of delivering the service to you, including generating your tear sheet. This license ends when we erase your content in accordance with the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Tear sheets generated for you are yours to use for personal interview preparation. You may share or screenshot them; however, the underlying templates, grading logic, and AI prompts remain our exclusive property.

07 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlsFixThx.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost wages, missed employment opportunities, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the specific interviews or services in dispute.

08 · Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or non-payment. If we terminate your account for cause, any unused interviews are forfeited and no refund is owed.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@plsfixthx.ai. Account deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email and refund the unused, unexpired interview balance on a pro-rata basis.

09 · Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits the protections you have under your local law.

10 · Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@plsfixthx.ai with a detailed description of your complaint. We will respond within 14 days and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in accordance with Section 9.

11 · Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via the platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 · General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlsFixThx.ai regarding the service.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
