Interview mode is match day. Steven runs it like the real thing: no coaching, no hints, terse verdicts. Feedback waits until the session ends — the way it does in a real Superday. You find out how you perform when it counts.
Practice mode is the training ground. Marcus coaches out loud: miss a question and he tells you what he was looking for while it's still fresh; land a strong one and he pushes with follow-ups. You get it wrong here so you don't get it wrong in the room.
